Subscription is a great way to save money and time, as you do not have to re-order each week. Simply choose the subscription option at checkout, then your meals will be delivered weekly on your chosen date. Cancelling could not be easier, simply log into your account, and cancel your subscription.
Yes all plans are customisable: the shakes and breakfasts can be removed, which reduces the price. Please select NONE from the dropdown option for the shakes/breakfast.
Yes we deliver all over the UK. We use DPD next day delivery and you will receive a text & email with a 1 hour time slot. If you are not in your order will be left in a safe place, or delivered to a neighbour. Please download the DPD app, so you can fully track your order.
The food is sent with ice packs in boxes which have state of the art technology. The boxes replicate a fridge, and keep the food at fridge temperature for 72 hours. We use the best packaging possible to ensure your food arrives in optimal condition.
If you have your meals delivered, they last for 2 days in the fridge. Anything you do not eat in the first 2 days, please freeze.
Yes they can be frozen and they last for 3 months in the freezer. They cook from frozen just the same (just require longer cooking time), and still taste delicious! Please ensure the food is piping hot.
Yes they can be cooked from frozen, either defrost them in your fridge overnight, or cook them in the microwave on the defrost setting. Please ensure the food is piping hot.

Yes! The meals come cooked, so if you do not have access to a microwave/oven, then they can be eaten cold!

The protein shakes that come with the meal plan is a low carb whey protein shake (85 Kcal). You will receive a Heaven ‘N’ Health Protein Shaker and 6 days worth of delicious protein powder. You can also add Grenade protein shakers to your order.
